Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Basic knowledge of content analytics and performance tracking
What the job involves
- As an Associate Campaign Manager you lead the development of end-to-end execution of Influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on innovation and ROI, ensuring seamless communication, timely deliverables, and alignment with client objectives
- Additionally, the ACM will handle production and launch communications with talent, ensuring all campaign elements are executed effectively and on schedule
- Support AM on weekly external and internal status calls as needed (update status docs, note taking etc)
- Act as the primary point of contact for talent during campaign execution, overseeing and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns
- Oversee day to day campaign execution (during and post campaign)
- Manage talent outreach, gathering creative concepts, curating recommendations for client review, drafting individual talent agreements and production
- Manage talent activation, launch communications and platform authentication
- Manage seeding product and expenses
- Update XFN on client feedback
- QA Content Review: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, FTC compliance and campaign KPIs, and provide feedback for optimization
- QA Live Content & log into C8 dashboard
- Monitor campaign budget and delivery margin inclusive of track Creator payment discrepancies
- Log talent expenses, vendor payments, talent contracts and Salesforce documentation
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and influencer management teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
