Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Experience managing and developing a team of sales representatives
- Familiarity with developing relationships in the commercial sector, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company
- A strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets
- Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talent
- Experience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social selling
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce
- Consistent record of achieving 100%+ of quota as an individual contributor
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
What the job involves
- Procore is seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Commercial Sales to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new commercial business
- In this role, you’ll cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support
- You’ll develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team and guide them to meet and exceed their sales goals in a supportive environment through alignment and collaboration with our internal business partners
- Based in London, UK, this position reports to the Head of Corporate Sales for Europe and serves as a key member of the European Corporate Sales Management Team
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Sales, Europe to create and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with our European mission and values
- Lead the operational excellence of a dynamic team of Account Executives to identify and close new business opportunities, driving revenue growth for Procore
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering and Professional Services Leadership to ensure a cohesive acquisition strategy and the long term value of our customers
- Attract, hire, and retain diverse sales talent through inclusive recruiting practices that raise the bar for talent and capabilities
- Foster a supportive and high-performance culture within the sales team celebrating achievements and encouraging growth and continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing training and resources to help your team excel in their roles, deepen their understanding of Procore’s platform and adopt best practices in sales
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and call reviews to empower your team and enhance their skills and attend onsite meetings for added support
- Collaborate with Sales Development leadership to ensure high-quality lead management and follow-up processes
- Deliver insightful analysis and reporting on team performance providing accurate sales forecasts to guide decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
