Role
Who you are
- BA/BS, and MBA highly desirable
- 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, corporate strategy, GTM strategy, or Product management at a leading technology company
- Experience in enterprise software / SaaS highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills, ability to run end-to-end research projects, & distill meaningful insights from complex data sets, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships across different stakeholders
- Sophisticated quantitative aptitude and problem solving capabilities; ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects and a commitment to improvement
- Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences

- In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization as well as customers & prospects to fully understand Procore’s global go-to-market maturity and product-market fit, and further develop our company-wide strategy

- This position reports to the Senior Manager, GTM Strategy, and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately
- Develop a deep understanding of the construction technology landscape in each of the markets Procore operates in and how that landscape is shifting across macroeconomic, competitive, and regional industry trends
- Establish and maintain a framework to analyze Procore’s maturity across our go-to-market (GTM) efforts and product-market fit (PMF) in each of our key markets
- Collaborate with Procore’s Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations to best understand granular industry and customer trends to inform our GTM/PMF maturity
- Collaborate with Procore’s Product & Technology organizations to understand and influence Procore’s product roadmap and capabilities based on our company-wide strategy and market maturity
- Analyze internal and external market data in order to support trend analysis and market prioritization
- Partner across the executive layer of the business to help develop a go-to-market strategy that leverages our maturity matrix to best support each market
