Role
Who you are
- We are seeking highly experienced Account Executives (Enterprise Sales) who thrive in a fast-paced environments and are excited by the opportunity to drive growth in the regulatory tech space
- The ideal candidate will have a distinguished track record in enterprise sales, specifically within the banking and financial services sector
- You should have a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in FX, Fixed Income and trading analytics
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox and Mosaic Smart Data as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in FX, Rates and Credit and with a particular specialisation in trading analytics
- Experience selling a complex solution (ie: OMS, EMS, Data Analytics platform) into FICC sales, trading & technology leadership at large investment banks
- Understanding of FICC Markets, Trading & Data Technology landscape (key players, and value they provide)
- Track record of consistently achieving and outperforming sales targets with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
What the job involves
- You will be instrumental in selling our solutions and building relationships with senior stakeholders (Head of Markets, Head of Fixed Income, Head of FX, Head of Sales, Head of Data Analytics)
- Drive new business growth for a market defining applied AI leader by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for regulatory archiving and compliance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with some of the most prestigious banking and financial services clients in the World, serving as a trusted partner for them
- Proactively create and manage your own sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring that you make serious additional income from your sales commissions
- Articulate ROI, cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies associated with an enterprise SaaS Front Office Analytics solution
- Build a network and engage with key stakeholders across Sales and Trading within Finanical services
- Nurture and progress complex Enterprise sales cycles - from early stage outbound prospecting through to deal closure
- Navigate a high degree of cross functional collaboration in a fast pace organization to progress sales opportunities
- Utilize your knowledge of value-based selling methodologies, such as Challenger Sales, Solution Selling, or SPIN Selling

- During the process we will begin by exploring the core factors regarding salary and location along with core experience and skills and values alignment
- We will then deep dive explore the critical technical competencies we have identified for the role, and then we will deep dive in behavioral competencies
- The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers
- Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible
Our take
The volume of communications in the workplace is going up. Not only do people send emails, but now employees are communicating all day through internal chat platforms like Slack. Behavox helps companies make sense of the vast amount of data being produced from all of these messages.
The company uses AI and machine learning to aggregate and analyse large volumes of unstructured communications. The data produced can be used to create actionable insights on employees' performance and also help risk and compliance teams to identify bad actors.
Regulation is high for financial services companies, and it's likely to grow in other industries, increasing Behavox's potential addressable market. The company has continued to develop its offering, with a number of updates released over the years, keeping the platform up-to-date with developing tech.
