Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—comfortable interpreting performance data while shaping compelling messaging, creative direction, and audience strategy, while also guiding and developing team members
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media, preferably within live events, entertainment, ticketing, or a fast-paced consumer business
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and/or programmatic channels
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy—from audience development and awareness through conversion and retargeting—with the ability to align campaigns to key on-sale moments and business goals
- Strong understanding of modern tracking, attribution, and audience targeting, including GA4, Meta Pixel/Conversion API, UTMs, and leveraging first-party data (CRM, customer audiences, website behavior) in a privacy-first environment
- Experience managing or mentoring team members, with the ability to lead projects and provide clear direction
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, build reports or dashboards, and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of creative best practices across digital platforms, with experience guiding messaging, ad formats, testing strategies, and collaborating with creative teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present campaign strategy, performance, and insights clearly and confidently to internal teams and external partners
- Experience working with ticketing platforms, on-sale marketing cycles, or event-based campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CDPs, audience segmentation tools, or emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance campaign execution and efficiency
- Basic knowledge of HTML, tagging, or web tracking implementations
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Demonstrate integrity in the way you operate in day-to-day business and the way you deal with people

What the job involves
- C3 Presents is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead results-driven digital campaigns that drive ticket sales across our Casino Venues division
- This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data, and fan engagement—owning campaign strategy, optimization, and team leadership
- You’ll collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, artist teams, and clients to develop and scale campaigns across paid social, search, video, and emerging platforms
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging channels
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention) aligned to on-sales, announcements, and tour marketing timelines
- Leverage first-party data (CRM, pixel data, audience lists) to improve targeting and performance in a privacy-first environment
- Partner with internal teams to ensure digital efforts align with broader marketing plans
- Performance & Optimization:
- Own daily campaign monitoring, pacing, and optimization to hit KPIs (ROAS, CPA, ticket conversions)
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaign effectiveness
- Lead A/B testing across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance across shows and budgets
- Data, Tracking & Tools:
- Implement and maintain tracking across platforms (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structure, GA4, etc.)
- Ensure accurate attribution and reporting across channels
- Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and evolving measurement strategies
- Creative & Content Collaboration:
- Partner with creative designers and marketing teams to develop high-performing assets (ad copy, video, static, etc.)
- Provide data-informed direction based on performance insights and platform best practices
- Contribute to messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on campaign execution and best practices
- Review work, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development
- Foster a collaborative, performance team environment
- Help prioritize team workload and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing directors, clients, and artist teams to align on campaign goals and priorities
- Support internal communication, campaign recaps, and strategic planning
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the division
- Perform other duties, projects, and event support as assigned
Our take
Live Nation is the world's leading live entertainment company, sitting at the top of the market in live events and ticketing. Formed in 2005, it is a major international company, with key business segments made up of concerts, ticketing, and sponsorship and advertising.
Despite its dominant position in the market, the company saw an 84% drop in revenue during 2020 and the closure of live events. Since then, however, demand has been stronger than ever for their ticket sales. This is a reflection that live events remain a clear priority for consumers and has been further reflected in Live Nation's acquisitions of companies - like Goodlive - that complement and bolster Live Nation's portfolio.
In addition to live events, a key area to watch for Live Nation will be the rise of online concert streaming, like that undertaken by competitors such as Driift. Major festivals such as Glastonbury have trialled online concerts with mixed reviews. If it proves successful, this could be a major new section of the entertainment market and a big potential part of Live Nation's future ventures.
