What the job involves
- The CS Outbound Specialist is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of B2B customers in France
- This agent is responsible for preventing churn, carrying out upsell and migration activities, and ensuring the retention and development of existing customers
- Implement loyalty and retention strategies for Booksy customers
- Analyze customer behaviour to anticipate and prevent churn
- Propose ideas for improvements to customer retention procedures
- Collaborate with other Booksy teams to develop upsell and/or migration plans
- Conduct satisfaction surveys to assess the quality of customer service and identify areas for improvement
- Actively seek new ways to improve the quality of services and products and increase customer satisfaction
- Evaluate cases, apply discounts or changes to subscription plans
- Provide support on the use of the tool when necessary
- Manage payment issues
- Manage reactivations
- Participate in ad hoc projects
