Corporate Controller, Coinflip

• Active CPA license
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent is required
• 10+ years of experience dealing with complex accounting matters
• Proven experience developing and leading a high-performing accounting and control organization
• Detailed experience of showing strategic and tactical vision with best-practices to guide a high-performing accounting team
• Demonstrates strong business judgment applied to routine and complex financial and accounting issues
• Proven international experience working with overseas financial operations
• Proven success managing complex global business entities, and proven ability to handle the financial accounting and reporting duties

• We are seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee CoinFlip’s company and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient management of financial resources
• In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Preparing financial statements: Creating accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensuring compliance: Adhering to accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements
• Overseeing audits: Coordinating internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Managing tax compliance: Preparing tax returns and ensuring accurate tax reporting
