What the job involves

Resident is looking for a Growth Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team, supporting growth marketing, and reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations
The Growth Marketing Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality designs in a variety of formats including but not limited to; social media video advertising, social media image-based advertising, web page layouts and printed collateral
You will work directly with Marketing Directors, marketing Platform Leads, and other designers to conceptualize new ideas, expand on current systems and push the Resident brands forward with high quality aesthetics in mind
Deliver high-quality designs; balancing quality, velocity, and managing deadlines
Develop an organized system and rapport for managing daily/weekly creative needs for the Growth Platforms Leads you are paired with
Push the advertising performance and design direction for all Resident brands
Create consistent designs within the current brand identity guidelines
Understand the project requirements, conceptualize creative ideas and support in the development of new designs across growth and marketing
Keep up to date with trends within the industry, as well as new tools, techniques, and software
Work proactively to build good relationships within project teams and collaborate effectively with other competencies; for example Growth Managers, Retail Managers, and Operations teams
