This is a role for someone who takes pride in diligence, consistency and getting the details right
1–2 years’ experience in an operations role in a fully remote start-up

What the job involves

This role is about running processes excellently and finding ways to take it up a notch from there
You’ll own day-to-day people ops and business support. You’ll follow playbooks, keep systems accurate, make sure nothing slips and automate the repetitive things that shouldn’t need human effort twice
You’ll report into our Chief of Staff and offer close support to the Senior Leadership Team
Managing onboarding and off-boarding end to end - think smooth experiences around systems access, documentation and equipment
Coordinating benefits, devices and merch
Setting up and ending freelance contracts on Deel + issuing new employment contracts
Automating repetitive workflows with tools like Zapier and vibe coding internal apps
Supporting the product team with tooling ops + marketing team with social posting
Logistics, prep and travel coordination for SLT, board and whole company meetings
Supporting operational spikes around high-intensity periods and recurring events like annual summit + performance review cycles

FitXR has successfully set itself apart in the space, becoming known for its engaging content and even referred to as the "most intense workout". This suggests they have bought users the same type of workout they would get in the gym, but in the Metaverse.

There has been a sharp rise in interest to use VR for fitness, and FitXR are well set to succeed in this growing market. To help attract new users (including those brand new to fitness), the company has partnered with the renowned Dr Brendon Stubbs, PhD - one of the world's leading exercise researchers.
