People Operations Coordinator, Chainlink Labs

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Employee Services, Recruiting Operations, or a related field
• Experience supporting employees or candidates in a customer-facing support environment
• Experience working with HR systems and workplace tools such as Workday, Ashby, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing employee data and documentation with accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

• We're looking for a People Operations Coordinator (6 month Fixed Term Contract) to help deliver an exceptional employee experience across the entire team member lifecycle. As a key member of the People Team, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for employee support, manage People Operations processes, and help build scalable systems, documentation, and workflows that enable our global workforce to do their best work
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager People Team inquiries, providing timely, high-quality support
• Manage and resolve helpdesk requests, escalating complex issues as needed
• Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and HR administration
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems
• Create and maintain knowledge base content, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
• Support compliance, records management, audits, and policy administration activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI, and operational best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the employee experience
