Role
Who you are
- You have a solid experience with building full stack applications (ideally using Go & React) using best practices, documentation and testing
- You have knowledge about the kubernetes architecture and how to build services on top of it
- You have experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product in a self-driven way
- You have experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud or some experience with systems engineering
- You are comfortable working in a remote-first company and understand the importance of communication
- You value autonomy and enabling decisions over committees and red tape
- You are eager to learn and grow. There is a lot of room for growth and development
- You know how to transform ideas into working code. you are able to design a solution, get feedback, and write a prototype by yourself

What the job involves
- Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
- Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve
- Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
- Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
- Mentor and support other team members, participate in product discussions and collaborate with the team
- For your first project, you will likely focus on Query Library: Helping users get to meaningful data faster by allowing queries to be saved, reused and updated across a grafana instance
