HR Operations Specialist, 1X

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws, HR Compliance and best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS and an ability to improve HR systems and processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• A proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities

• As we scale from research and development to full-scale manufacturing, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to help refine and execute our HR strategy while supporting our ongoing growth
• In this role, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to our mission of transforming the world through innovation
• You will collaborate closely with our HR team in Norway, ensuring alignment across global operations and fostering a cohesive, efficient, and compliant HR framework
• This partnership will support the seamless integration of processes and best practices as we continue to expand
• Oversee and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with California and federal labor laws, including tracking and reporting leave balances and other statutory requirements
• Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, and provide guidance on HR policies and processes
• Manage HR systems and lead initiatives to streamline and enhance operational workflows
• Provide support and training to managers and employees on HR systems, policies, and workplace practices
• Support the entire employee lifecycle, including new hire processing, immigration and global mobility administration, policy development, and labor law compliance
• Assist in developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies and programs to meet legal, organizational, and cultural requirements
