Who you are
- 3-5+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives with significant budgets, risk, and cross-functional complexity
- Proven ability to build and optimize operational systems that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and execution across multiple teams
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX teams to drive alignment and execution
- Expertise in Agile methodologies with the ability to guide teams through iterative improvements while maintaining momentum
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Experience managing external partners or contractors, ensuring high-quality outcomes while optimizing budgets and timelines
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

What the job involves
- As a dedicated Project Manager within our Business Operations team, you will support and promote our growing Business Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this individual will collaborate across departments
- Project Manager : Track complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned with goals, within budget, and overcome challenges effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to set clear milestones and drive progress
- Operational Execution: Oversee programs from initial concept through successful implementation, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and continuous momentum throughout the process
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key connector between teams, working closely with stakeholders across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX—to align efforts, strengthen partnerships, and remove obstacles
- Communication & Engagement: Deliver clear, actionable updates to various audiences, from development teams to senior leadership. Establish regular touchpoints and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment
- Performance Measurement & Improvement: Define and track meaningful metrics to assess impact and progress. Facilitate regular reflection to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Contractor Management: Oversee and optimize the contractor workflow, from request to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to high-quality standards
Our take
Digital education has become an increasing reality in recent years. Whilst services such as Zoom have provided platforms for remote teaching, the minimal functionality of such services has outlined the lack of digital engagement tools that classrooms require.
Kiddom develops a collaborative learning platform for K-12 schooling, with integrated solutions for remote teaching, in-person school and homework assignments. The platform allows teachers to assign tasks and to collaborate with students on them, whilst the software gathers data to provide insights on student engagement and performance.
The startup currently provides its services to individual teachers for free, but solutions for inter-institutional curriculums come at an annual subscription fee. Kiddom’s approach aims to fill the gap between remote and in-school teaching, at the same time as integrating student analytics to optimize and personalize the way students are educated.
