• Proven expertise: 3-5 years of experience in high-impact digital marketing roles, ideally within organisations selling technical products with long sales cycles

• As a Digital Marketer at GraphAware, you’ll turn a deep understanding of our product, customers and market into effective, joined-up digital marketing activity
• Working as an individual contributor within the marketing team and directly with our sales team, you’ll create campaigns, implement systems, and improve how we attract the right audience, generate high-quality leads, and convert them into customers
• While the role is hands-on, we’re looking for someone with the curiosity and commercial awareness to spot opportunities, challenge assumptions, and suggest better ways of doing things. If you see a way to improve how we acquire, nurture or convert leads, you should feel confident proposing it and taking ownership of making it happen
• Work with our content writer to strengthen our SEO strategy by identifying high-value keyword opportunities, optimising existing content and ensuring new content is structured for search performance. This includes developing topic clusters, conducting keyword research, and running on-page, off-page and technical SEO improvements
• Improve how leads move through the funnel from initial conversion through to qualified opportunities and customers. This includes conversion rate optimisation, building and refining nurture workflows, designing segmentation strategies, and managing lifecycle campaigns to maximise the value of every lead generated
• Take responsibility for our marketing technology infrastructure, with HubSpot and WordPress at its core. You’ll maintain our website, CRM data quality, workflows and automation, and support campaign activity across the team, ensuring our systems are configured to support both marketing and sales processes
• Develop and run digital campaigns that generate high-quality traffic and leads. This includes managing paid acquisition activity and supporting organic growth, continuously testing and improving campaigns to maximise performance and ROI
• Ensure our analytics and tracking infrastructure allow us to understand the impact of digital marketing across the full customer journey. You’ll analyse campaign performance, report on results, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
• Additionally, the digital marketer will provide informal HubSpot training and create manuals for the marketing and sales teams to ensure processes are followed and the tool is being used to its full potential
