Who you are
- 10+ years experience in e-commerce
- Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools
- Prior operational marketing experience
- Demonstrated competencies in Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator
- Strong project management, PC proficiency, information and data management skills
- Prioritization, organization, and strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- In-depth knowledge of brand equity and management

- 8-10 years of related health and beauty sector marketing experience
- Experience collaborating with R&D on new products or renovations

What the job involves
- Work closely with internal media buyers, affiliates, and agency partners
- Drive strategic development by conversion rate optimization
- Use data and analytics to inform business decisions
- Define overall strategy and tactics for our direct-to-consumer businesses
- Take full ownership of D2C P&L
- Encourage innovation, risk-taking, and collaboration within the team
- Collaborate with IT on the development and integration of the D2C tech stack
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Supervise the entire go-to-market process across several launches
- Lead initiatives to enhance the consumer experience across digital and physical D2C business touchpoints
- Manage and mentor junior team members, facilitating their professional growth
