Who you are

  • At least 3-5 years experience in a product marketing position for an enterprise software/SaaS start-up, preferably with a technical background
  • Preferably held the role of Technical product marketer or Technical product marketing previously
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and translating tech
  • Ability to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market, working with marketing and sales to build a healthy pipeline while increasing the velocity and rate of closing deals
  • Great written and oral communication skills to evangelize Iterable
  • Ability to effectively partner with all functions from engineering and product to sales and marketing

Desirable

  • Experience using email marketing, mobile push, and/or marketing automation tools

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Iterable, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product marketing strategy.
  • You will be responsible for positioning our products to our target audience, driving demand, and helping our customers understand the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, enablement, and marketing, to drive growth and revenue
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers, addressing their pain points and needs
  • Content Creation: Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including product guides, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Product Launches: Lead the successful launch of new products and features, ensuring a coordinated effort across all teams
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the Enablement team to provide the sales team with the tools and resources they need to effectively sell our products, including training, sales presentations, and competitive intelligence
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and updates, including pricing strategies, distribution channels, and sales enablement
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Roadmap Collaboration: Work closely with the product management team to align product marketing strategies with the product roadmap. Provide valuable input on feature prioritization based on market demand and customer feedback
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to refine product positioning and inform product development decisions
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions

The global omnichannel retail commerce platform market is expected to grow to $14.6 Billion by 2026. The opportunity within this sector has bought with it considerable competition for Iterable, including Punchh, RedPoint and 6Sense. Despite this, the company has firmly established a name for itself and now has over 800 customers (including DoorDash, Fender, Calm, Box, and Cars.com).
