Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast from idea to execution, and can bridge creative copywriting with data-driven growth experiments
- 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS, infra, or AI preferred)
- Proven track record of running campaigns that drove measurable pipeline growth
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and landing pages
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
- Comfortable analyzing data, building dashboards, and optimizing funnels
- Bonus: experience with technical/developer audiences or AI/infra products
- Autonomous and resilient – thrive in ambiguity, challenge the status quo, and operate independently
- Data-driven creativity – test relentlessly, measure impact, and scale what resonates

What the job involves
- As Growth Marketing Manager at FlexAI, you’ll own the engine that drives our customer pipeline
- This is a hands-on, full-stack role: you’ll design and run campaigns, experiment with new channels, automate lead generation, and craft messaging that resonates with both developers and decision-makers
- Own demand generation – design and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, paid social, search, email) to attract and convert high-quality leads
- Write copy that converts – create compelling ad copy, landing pages, nurture sequences, and social posts
- Automate growth workflows – build scalable lead gen and outreach flows (ICP targeting, enrichment, sequencing, HubSpot automation)
- Repurpose content – turn developer content into lead magnets, social snippets, and campaign assets
- Test and learn – run structured experiments, A/B test messaging and CTAs, and double down on what works
- Track and optimize – own KPIs such as CTR, CPL, MQL→SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution; ensure clean reporting through HubSpot
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with the Dev Advocate, GTM, and product teams to align campaigns with company strategy and amplify FlexAI’s story
Our take
With a vision to contribute to the AI revolution, FlexAI delivers a layer of software intelligence, abstraction and orchestration into the AI compute stack. By rearchitecting existing architecture, it is creating accessible, universal AI compute to support the future of machine intelligence.
The idea is to combat the existing challenges with running AI workloads across diverse hardware. By doing this, FlexAI will enable AI developers to leverage a broader range of computing power without needing to modify their code.
FlexAI only came out of stealth in 2024, so we've yet to see much of what it has to offer, but its proposition has attracted a hefty seed investment. This will support the company as it moves forwards with the launch of its first product and towards its ultimate goal to empower AI acceleration.
