Role

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in a product operational role closely aligned with product and engineering teams
  • 3+ years of experience with financial products, such as PSP, wallets, expanse management, AML tools, credit & collections or credit/debit cards
  • Demonstrated experience in payments integrations, knowledge of APIs, clearing schemes (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, etc)
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills
  • Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build effective solutions that address their needs
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • General technical knowledge of software development processes, particularly designing and building integrations, is a significant advantage
  • Strong SQL skills and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations

What the job involves

  • You will solve challenging problems and deliver impact to the organization while being part of super inclusive, fully remote team of highly driven and creative individuals to learn from
  • Leading large cross-functional projects: You will take charge of driving and managing significant projects aimed at enhancing our product. Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders will be essential in achieving project goals
  • Leading product operations for Fintech means you are defining and owning the processes between the Fintech product teams with other Fintech teams (FinOps, FincCrime, TechOps), as well as PSP and other banking partners
  • Assessing and validating products form a financial point-of-view, you understand payment flows, accounting settings, and consequences of late payments, dunning and collection
  • Seeking information and building the product: You will proactively seek information to solve conceptual problems and actively contribute to building and refining our product. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in understanding user needs and translating them into product improvements
  • Driving GTM and global rollouts: You will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and leading global rollouts of our fintech product. Your strategic thinking and project management abilities will ensure successful launches and adoption across different markets
  • Identifying root causes and architecting solutions: You will investigate and analyze issues related to the fintech product, identifying their root causes and designing effective solutions. Your problem-solving skills and technical acumen will enable you to tackle complex challenges
  • Designing and implementing operational systems and processes: You will contribute to the design and implementation of sophisticated operational systems and processes that optimize the efficiency and scalability of our fintech operations. Your operational expertise will drive operational excellence and streamline workflows
