- The ideal candidate is available 40 hours/week
- Fluency in French and English is essential, additional European languages are a plus
- Experience working in a customer-facing/support role
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with our users

- Able to work independently but also willing to jump in and help your team as needed
- Available full-time and residing close enough to Amsterdam to work on a hybrid setup
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (French-speaking) to join our BUX team based in Amsterdam
- In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients while also offering support in English to users across Europe

- As we operate in a dynamic scale-up environment, we need someone who embraces change and approaches challenges with a proactive 'can do' attitude

- Building good relationships with our users and giving them the best possible experience
- Answer customer chats, e-mails, phone calls efficiently and with a high level of quality
- Keep up to date with developments at BUX and our various product offerings
- Helping new users onboard to the app, ensuring they have a smooth experience
- Gathering and reporting user feedback to the business
- You will work closely with all parts of the business to make sure you can solve the issues in the most efficient way possible
- Translations and content creation to ensure our clients are well-informed
- Spotting possibilities to improve our procedures and following through to get these implemented
- Help maintain an accurate knowledge base within the support team

Also in 2022, the company purchased the retail arm of neobroker Ninety Nine, with all its existing retail customers moving over to BUX. This has significantly bolstered its Spanish marketshare, as it moves ahead with a strategy to double down on its flagship application and help clients build long term wealth moving into the future.
