Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years related experience
- Highly proficient in HiBob, GreenHouse, Google Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team
- In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting a wide range of HR functions and initiatives, collaborating closely with employees and departments across our global organization

- The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of projects and tasks, follows through to completion, and is diligent in addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- We are looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a high-speed, fast-paced environment, is approachable, builds strong relationships, establishes trust, and effectively manages competing priorities to drive results
- Act as a resource for employees regarding Human Resource related inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Support the HR onboarding process for new hires
- Administer leave of absences including, short-term disability, long-term disability, and FMLA
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department and escalate to appropriate team members as needed
- Assist with all HR, company, and department/team events as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need
