What the job involves

As a Product Designer at LevelTen Energy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of renewable energy procurement. You will work closely with the Product & Design team and cross-functionally to design innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base, including energy buyers, developers, and financiers
Your designs will help streamline the renewable energy procurement process, making it easier for organizations to access and utilize clean energy
End-to-End Design: Participate in the product design process from concept to completion, helping ensure seamless integration and user experience across the entire platform
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and use quantitative data to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement
Innovative Solutions: Develop creative and effective design solutions that address complex challenges in renewable energy procurement. Utilize emerging technologies to improve the user experience
Collaboration: Work closely with other product designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
Design Systems: Help maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product lines
