Sales Manager, MILES

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, mobility, or platform environments (progression from BDR/SDR to AE is highly valued)
• A proven track record in self-sourcing pipelines and closing deals with SMB/SME clients - characterized by high activity, short cycles, and owner-led buyers
• Hands-on outbound experience, including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
• Strong negotiation skills in both German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Proficiency in daily Pipedrive usage (or a comparable CRM) - you keep your pipeline clean, your activities logged, and your forecast tight
• Savviness with AI tools for sales productivity (LLMs, enrichment tools, AI-based drafting, and prospecting) - you use AI as a lever, not just a buzzword
• A consultative sales approach: skilled in structured discovery, value-framing, and highly confident in direct-to-decision-maker conversations

• We are looking for a hands-on, hunter-oriented Sales Manager (f/m/x/d) to drive our growth in our priority segment for 2026: small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• You will own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing
• This is not an inbound role: you will build your own pipeline, speak directly to managing directors and decision-makers, and feed customer insights back into a playbook that is currently evolving
• You bring drive, structure, and a passion for closing, multiplying your output with the right tools instead of getting bogged down by routine tasks. We are actively building an AI-augmented sales stack (LLMs for personalization, enrichment tools, Pipedrive automations) - you will use it, help shape it, and expand it as it grows
• Building and taking full ownership of a self-sourced pipeline (≥ 70% outbound) consisting of owner-led SME agencies, fast-growing companies, and mid-sized businesses with short, decision-maker-driven buying processes
• Managing the entire sales cycle: Prospect → Discovery → Demo → Negotiation → Close → Handover to Customer Success
• Maintaining a disciplined daily Pipedrive workflow to ensure high outbound activity and pristine pipeline data
• Delivering tailored product demos and commercial pitches addressing specific SME needs: cost-cutting vs. fleet leasing, flexible mobility, simple billing, and zero complex IT integration
• Negotiating contract terms in both German and English - typically directly with managing directors/owners, within the defined pricing and contract framework
• Providing accurate weekly and quarterly forecasts, backed by rigorous daily CRM hygiene
• Sharing customer insights, common objection patterns, and pricing pushbacks with Product, Marketing, and Operations
