AI Coach & Curriculum Lead, Makers

• You've held a previous role as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Change Manager, Process Improvement Specialist, or similar positions, including proficiency with data visualisation tools, or AI tools or business intelligence platforms
• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and optimising business processes, covering requirements gathering (e.g., with stakeholder workshops) and process mapping (e.g., with workflow analysis and automation and/or AI tools)
• Solid expertise in AI applications for business, with demonstrable experience in generative AI implementation
• An understanding of how to implement and manage AI ethics, data privacy compliance, and performance measurement for AI-driven business initiatives

Desirable

• Lead the design and implementation of the curriculum development plan for your AI products, taking direction from the Head of Curriculum. This will include:
• Understanding industry needs through a combination of your own background; what you follow online and, critically, high quality and well structured interactions with our extraordinary employer group
• Developing and sharing a project plan, attending standups, quality assuring delegated tasks, reporting back on progress
• Ensure the alignment of your courses with the necessary standards or compliance requirements, for example the KSB when your programmes are apprenticeships
• Own the final curriculum and course materials and be responsible for its creation and maintenance at the highest standard
• Work with the Commercial team to spend time with partners - both explaining and pitching the existing courses and in requirements-gathering to improve the courses
• Contribute to the wider Makers curriculum development plan, in particular in the AI space as defined by the Head of Curriculum
• AI Training: The core of our approach is work related training. Learners of all backgrounds join us to gain modern technical skills and become adaptive self-directed learners who can quickly become productive members of AI use within their organisations. Coaches run workshops, provide 1:1 support, give feedback and overall ensure that learners learn. A portion of our AI training is aimed at Leaders and you will contribute to this coaching
• Feedback and Guidance: You will work with learners to help them understand how they are doing, and what they can do to improve their skills. Part of this will be reviewing their work on a regular basis and ensuring their profiles are up to date so that they, their employers, and our funders are well-informed
• You’ll have the opportunity to work in all of these areas as a part of building your practice as an effective technical educator. You may move around to learn new educational techniques and styles, or spend time gaining in-depth expertise in one area
