Who you are
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years in sales leadership and/or sales operations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results. Being able to drive projects to completion, win confidence and have business impact is critical
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Clari and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What the job involves
- Reporting to the SVP Sales Operations, the Vice President, Regional Sales Operations is responsible for driving the execution and achievement of the company’s sales objectives
- You will work closely with peer leaders and other senior executives
- Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, opportunity management, planning and budgeting processes
- Implementation and use of Clari for forecasting
- Define and operationalize sales processes and sales methodology to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment in the field
- Support in the implementation of sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the Company’s business goals
- Work with sales leadership to equitably assign quotas, ensure opportunity is balanced and we have an optimal coverage model
- Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement and to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success
- Manage the Partner Operations function and support the execution of Delinea’s partner program
- Provide operational support and oversight to the Sales Development team
- Leverage investments in enabling technologies to support of sales organization productivity
- Recommend changes and enhancements to the Company SFDC technology and software stack
- Ensure insights and analytics are provided to the sales organization along with recommendations and answers to the “question “So what?”
- Engage with Sales Enablement to develop and reinforce critical sales competencies
- Support sales leadership in the creation of Quarterly Business Reviews, board meeting and other presentations, as necessary
- Travel may be required from time to time
