Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, program management, or operations roles in SaaS, hospitality/foodtech tech, or QSR
- Strong project management skills — you’re able to build structure, coordinate stakeholders, and keep work moving at pace
- Technical fluency: APIs, data platforms (SQL, BigQuery, Looker), product mechanics
- Exceptional communication skills — written, visual, and verbal — with a calm, client-friendly approach
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple complex priorities
- Experience creating presentations for an executive and c-suite audience
- An eye for scalability — always looking for ways to improve, streamline, and document processes
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and love the challenge of scaling enterprise programs
- You care about customer outcomes, not just deliverables
- You’re confident representing technical topics, yet humble enough to learn from every stakeholder
- You bring structure and clarity to chaos — and people trust you to get things done
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

What the job involves
- As a Strategic Accounts Program Manager you will drive the success of our largest strategic global restaurant customers
- You’ll be the key contact bridging customer goals with internal Product, Engineering, and Technical teams — ensuring seamless onboarding, deep technical alignment, and long-term operational success
- You’ll focus on scaling what works, improving what doesn’t, and building the playbook for how we support our largest restaurant partners
- Lead Strategic Customer Programs
- Serve as the operational and technical voice for our largest global accounts, ensuring successful projects across rfp, onboarding, rollout, and adoption
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across C&I, Product, Engineering, and Support to remove blockers and meet project timelines
- Own rollout plans for pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, with clear metrics for success (e.g. >90% activation ratio, rollouts completed in under 6 months)
- Run regular customer calls, manage scope changes, and align stakeholders on delivery expectations
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with content, insights, and recommendations
- Drive Operational & Technical Excellence
- Maintain accurate internal reporting on customer health, activation progress, and delivery status
- Act as the first escalation point for day-to-day issues, SLAs, invoicing, and other operational needs
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, and represent Strategic Account needs to the Product team
- Help shape and evolve how we work with Technical Account Managers and Embedded Project Managers as we grow
- Scale Processes & Playbooks
- Build repeatable workflows for complex RFPs, pilots, and customer onboarding
- Partner with Account Managers to scale programs like our Digital Ordering Club
- Ensure our internal tooling, dashboards, and documentation are accurate and insightful
- Constantly look for ways to improve processes, reduce friction, and drive clarity across teams
Our take
Restaurants typically work with a number of suppliers, but this can be hard to manage with antiquated and fragmented systems. Deliverect provides a way for companies to integrate online orders into their POS, streamlining the disparate aspects of food service and delivery onto one single platform.
Deliverect has over 10,000 customers, from household name like KFC and Taco Bell to younger restaurant chains like Dishoom. As one of many trying to capitalise on the rise in online food delivery, competition is hot. Deliverect has responded to this by constantly evolving and exploring migration into other sectors of hospitality.
This evolution has seen Deliverect invest in enhancing its services with more physical point of sale terminals and third-party service providers, as well as expanding into in-store management. It also acquired ChatFood, a leader in social media ordering, to solidify its already strong position.
