Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, Head of Product, or equivalent)
- Proven success leading product strategy and scaling product teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with commercial teams and shaping go-to-market strategy to drive business outcomes
- Experience building and executing roadmaps that drive measurable customer and business outcomes
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing product teams
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both internal and external audiences
Desirable
- Knowledge of healthcare technology, medtech, or EHR integration is strongly preferred
What the job involves
- Reports to: CEO
- PatientIQ is seeking a Vice President of Product to set the vision and lead our product function as we enter our next phase of growth
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define and execute the product strategy across multiple end-markets, leverage our proprietary technology to deliver differentiated solutions, and accelerate the adoption of our newly released data product portfolio

- You will lead a high-performing team, inspire innovation, and ensure we deliver products that meaningfully improve patient care at scale
- Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with the CEO and executive team
- Lead, mentor, and scale the product management team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and professional development
- Build and refine best-in-class product practices grounded in customer insight, market research, and data-driven prioritization
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to align strategy and execution, delivering products that meet the needs of multiple end-markets
- Serve as a strategic partner to the commercial organization (Sales, CS, and Marketing), ensuring product strategy and roadmap align with go-to-market priorities and revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to inform market positioning, enablement, and pricing/packaging strategy to maximize adoption and growth
- Work closely with Customer Success to capture customer feedback, improve adoption, and translate outcomes into measurable business results
- Accelerate adoption of our data product portfolio, leveraging our proprietary dataset as a competitive advantage
- Explore and deliver innovative capabilities, including AI-driven insights, that unlock value for providers, medtech partners, and patients
- Represent PatientIQ’s product strategy internally and externally, including with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product organization
