Creative Director, Roofr

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, or Equivalent
• 7+ years of design and creative leadership experience, with at least 2+ years managing a team
• Exceptional design portfolio demonstrating creative range across brand, events, web, mobile, social, video, advertising, and more
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, and marketing creative best practices
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or high-growth company
• Experience managing creative operations and developing processes that scale with growth
• A strong track record of building and mentoring design teams
• Experience working with external creative agencies and/or freelancers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI solutions, and Asana

• In this role, you’ll oversee a team of visual designers responsible for delivering compelling, high-impact creative across all marketing channels — from brand campaigns to performance ads, web, social media, product marketing, and more

• Creative Leadership: Lead the development of all marketing creative, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence across campaigns, web, social, paid advertising, events, and product marketing
• Team Management & Growth: Hire, mentor, and develop a team of visual designers, animators, and video specialists. Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich environment that supports creativity and career growth
• Design Strategy: Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop design strategies that elevate the brand and drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention
• Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, resourcing, and prioritization to ensure team efficiency
• Install innovative solutions to improve creative operations and stakeholder management processes
• Brand Development: Evolve and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity as the company grows and scales
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver high-quality creative that aligns with campaign goals and business objectives
