What the job involves
- As a Sales Support Trainee, you will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure smooth operations and maximize the potential of every student
- Contacting Potential Clients: Reach out to potential clients, providing them with relevant information and generating opportunities
- Administrative Support: Assist Account Managers with all administrative tasks related to our clients
- Client-Tutor Matching: Help Account Managers assign new clients to the most suitable tutors
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate on joint projects with our Sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Process Optimization: Contribute to process optimization to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Sales Team Support: Work closely with our Sales team to increase productivity and achieve sales goals
