Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about attracting high performing, top talent
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment administrative capacity
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with individuals of all levels internally and externally
  • Experience utilizing vlookups and Pivot Tables in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change
  • Solid knowledge with MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and any ATS is a plus

  • As Wpromote, a seven- time AdAge Best Places to Work winner, continues to grow at a rapid pace, our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring needs
  • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in facilitating a seamless and efficient hiring process
  • This role involves coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications through onboarding
  • By collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will help ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the candidate journey
  • Facilitating the candidate experience and engagement by coordinating virtual and in-person interview schedules
  • Collaborating with the People Operations team to ensure the seamless completion of new hire documentation and onboarding processes, including conducting comprehensive background and reference checks
  • Manage the requisition process through our ATS, Lever
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment dashboards using Google Docs and Excel for various reporting needs
  • Posting new positions on career’s site, third party job boards, and other relevant platforms, while researching additional job boards to expand reach
  • Managing the freelance process by sending, tracking, and collection of freelance documents to streamline onboarding for freelance talent
  • Extracting and analyzing metrics from recruitment dashboards to deliver insightful reports to the leadership team
  • Monitoring and managing employee referral program
  • Assisting in the coordination of industry networking, potential internship and mentorship programs to foster relationships and ensuring a robust pipeline of emerging talent
  • Acquiring skills in sourcing passive candidates and building effective recruitment pipelines to support long-term talent needs
