Who you are

Deep knowledge of Looker and Amplitude
Proficient writing SQL and working with SQL databases (e.g. Redshift)
A/B testing; experiment design, implementation and analysis
Proven knowledge of ETL tools
Minimum 2:1 in a quantitative or research based degree
4+ years of experience in a data-related role, with a strong background in data analysis, statistics, or a related field
Experience in ecomm / DTC / performance marketing
Nice to have: experience with AWS

What the job involves

Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with various departments, including finance, marketing, and product to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
Dive into Data: Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Craft and Execute Projects: Take the lead on special data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Present Insights: Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights, and communicate these findings to stakeholders at all levels
Build and Maintain Tools: Create datasets, models, and dashboards to operationalize insights and track key performance indicators
Enhance Data Infrastructure: Work to improve our end to end data pipelines, data sets and analysis tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the business
Lead and Develop the Data Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, and ensuring continuous learning and development
Educate and Empower: Train and support team members in using data tools and resources, fostering a data-driven culture within the company
