Staff Technical Program Manager, Okta

• Verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and to lead using influence
• Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
• Skill in translating technical requirements to practical implementation strategies

• The Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations (DEO) team is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional delivery of one of our most critical portfolios of work: B2B SaaS
• You will partner with product and engineering leaders in the Auth0 Product Unit to successfully plan and execute strategic programs, with a focus on B2B solutions
• Orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex programs focused on closing competitive gaps and enabling superior user experiences
• Guide cross-functional teams to rapidly release innovative features while maintaining operational excellence and world-class security
• Coordinate planning, prioritization, and technical decision-making processes. Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies in collaboration with DEO peers
• Build and maintain strong relationships across engineering, product, and other stakeholders to ensure that programs advance business objectives
