Creative Strategy Director, Quince

• The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading creative strategy for high-growth, direct-to-consumer brands, ideally in the elevated or luxury space
• Minimum educational level: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant creative & marketing experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Experience in direct-to-consumer internet companies
• Analytical and data-driven with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, understand key business drivers, and translate insights into actionable and successful strategies and outcomes
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and how design impacts conversion rates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams

• They pair sharp creative instincts with a performance mindset—writing briefs, driving content strategy across channels, and guiding a small, high-caliber team to consistently deliver high-performing ads

• Manage and mentor a team of creative strategists, graphic designers, and video editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's growth and overall success
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creativity and excellence in design execution
• Ensure that all design work reflects the brand's identity, style, and tone consistently
• Collaborate on creative strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various digital platforms, including but not limited to website, social media, email, and paid advertising
• Serve as the singular Marketing liaison with GM, Merch, Inventory, Sourcing for assigned pods
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, target audience, and product offerings
• Ensure that marketing efforts lead to success from a revenue vs. forecast perspective, and category MER (efficiency) within owned categories
• Build and utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to refine design elements for continuous improvement
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges in the e-commerce landscape
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and graphic design
• Integrate innovative design concepts and techniques to elevate Quince's marketing efforts
• Partner with the Influencer team to refine shoot briefs for use in UGC testimonial videos
