Who you are
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of CEO/Executive Administrative support in both an early stage startup and fast growth is required
- Must have hands-on 4+ years experience supporting Founder / CEO
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Collaborative with other executive assistants
- Demonstrate high integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated dependability, team player, positive attitude and good attendance

What the job involves
- We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly-organized Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & CEO of Veza.
- As our EA, your responsibility is to enhance our effectiveness through administrative support and to represent Veza and the Founder/CEO to others both internally and externally.
- As a partner to the Founder/ CEO and his success, you will have a high amount of visibility and will work cross-functionally in a hyper growth, fast paced startup environment
- Provide top level executive support to the Founder/CEO
- Heavy calendar management: set appointments, prioritize & juggle appointments in the moment
- Must be able to independently identify and resolve issues with calendar and schedule. Able to proactively anticipate sequencing of meetings. Managing across multiple time zones
- Drive administrative tasks including correspondence, drafting emails/documents, spreadsheet work and document management/file organization
- Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when handling telephone calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
- Strategic time management for Founder/CEO calendar
- Handle complex domestic and international travel coordination
- Coordination of special events (Board meetings, Leadership Offsite, QBRs, etc.)
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with utmost discretion
- Develops, implements, and executes projects related to Founder/CEO focus areas
- Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
- Act as a liaison between the executive and key business partners to facilitate calendar invites, communications, and information sharing
- Coordinate aspects of onsite and offsite meetings and events
- Must be able to work flexible hours on occasion
