Who you are

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a preference for a focus on high growth B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Demonstrated history of owning processes and strategy through a period of rapid scaling and change
  • History of expanding scope of role and a demonstrated track record of growth

  • BS or BA from an accredited university with a finance or accounting background

What the job involves

  • Levelpath is seeking a driven Business Operations Manager to join our team in San Francisco
  • You’ll work closely with the founding team to create and execute initiatives across the organization
  • Operations is the glue that holds the organization together
  • The Business Operations Manager will solve unexpected problems and build dynamic solutions to set up the organization for future success
  • Expect to be challenged daily and to learn from all functions
  • You’ll be supported by a team that has significant prior experience in scaling and will provide you the resources you need to be successful
  • Manage supplier relationships leveraging the Levelpath platform as an internal power user providing feedback directly to our product team
  • Operate scalable accounting and finance systems to facilitate internal and external reporting
  • Drive reporting for key business metrics reporting, such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly board level reporting
  • Support GTM including systems setup, reporting, and generally keeping deals moving forward
  • Establish processes to ensure the organization meets ongoing security compliance obligations which will continue to become more complex over time
  • Oversee legal requests with a focus on reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Support our hiring managers with tools and processes built to facilitate talent acquisition
  • Act as the first point of contact for people operations matters
  • Elevate day-to-day operations of the company diving into the most urgent matters of the day
  • Be ready to hand off processes and dive into new tasks
