Role
Who you are
- 5+ years’ experience in demand gen, growth marketing, and/or related field,
- Proven success in a fast-paced, build-break-build startup environment,
- Hands-on experience with marketing-sales automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce / Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and advertising platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads),
- Bilingual in English and French,
- Based in France: our HQ is in Paris, flexible-hybrid work is in our DNA,
- Experience working with data enrichment (intent marketing, technographics, etc.) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus,
- Experience with website management (A/B testing your growth hacks) is a plus,
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
What the job involves
- You are responsible for the generation of persistent *demand* among prospects and existing clients alike (Lead gen is so 2015.) You get revenue-driven marketing because you understand that marketing can and must be the first 50% of the sales process. Your eyes are fixed on the ROI horizon. You report directly to the CMO, but your Marketing, Sales, and CSM counterparts depend on you just the same. We’re building the future of our Growth Marketing engine around you
- Co-construct and manage the Demand-Growth practice: strategy, ops, tools,
- Collaborate with GTM team members (Sales, Product…) to boost demand for HarfangLab solutions internationally,
- Develop innovative growth strategies to accelerate sales pipeline and impact company business metrics (SQLs, Opportunities, revenue),
- Customer Marketing: collaborate on product launches and engineer upsell tactics to deepen demand with existing client base,
- Design and implement the infrastructure and automation needed to scale your operations,
- Leverage innovative content and messaging to grow a resilient demand flow machine combining inbound and outbound tactics,
- Lab mentality: test growth hacks, cut those that don’t work, scale those that do,
- Measure the impact of Growth Marketing initiatives (ads, webinars, events…) using advanced analytics, and make recommendations to senior leadership on the organization’s GTM strategy
