Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or generalist responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational changes, M&A integrations, or large-scale transitions
- Strong working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including benchmarking, job leveling, and pay structures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
- Expert in HRIS platforms (e.g.,ADP), Excel, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Must be available to work on-site in Boston at least [3–5 days] per week, depending on business needs
- Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors
- Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, and integrity and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance
- Follows all local, state, and federal laws concerning employment, including but not limited to I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil Rights, and ADA
- Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures
- Follows HIPAA compliance, privacy, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Practices universal safety precautions
- Promotes good public relations on the phone and in person
- Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems
- Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual concerning working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance following RadNet guidelines

- This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, constant talking, and hearing—visual acuity to read computer screens and written materials. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
What the job involves
- The HR Manager will provide HR support for DeepHealth, a growing healthcare technology company
- This role will be responsible for supporting business leaders with workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement, while ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy and compliance requirements
- In addition to core HR responsibilities, the HR Manager will support enterprise-level initiatives such as people integration during acquisitions, compensation program support, and job architecture development
- This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, discretion, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management initiatives
- Serve as the HR lead on cross-functional integration efforts during acquisitions, including onboarding, policy alignment, and Day 1 readiness
- Support compensation-related projects including salary benchmarking, internal leveling, and annual compensation cycle planning
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development planning, ensuring consistent application of company policies
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance on employment contracts, audits, and regulatory matters
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of scalable HR policies, tools, and processes
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and improve organizational outcomes
- Assist in driving employee engagement efforts and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and support audits, reporting, and data integrity checks

Radiologists agree that AI is necessary to compensate for the increase in medical images they need to assess. Without AI, the demand for scans would outgrow the human ability to review them timely and accurately. Aidence provides an AI solution for lung nodule detection and management, which helps improve lung cancer prognosis by detecting, measuring, classifying and tracking the growth of pulmonary nodules on patients' chest CT scans.
Aidence was acquired by US radiology firm RadNet in 2022. Its future goals include expanding its products to detect larger masses on chest CTs and using the data collected from scans to provide further insights into the effectiveness of lung cancer treatments.
