Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in digital marketing/user acquisition
- 3+ years in managing a performance marketing team
- Expert understanding of the mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution (including SKAN and Sandbox)
- Expertise in analytics and visualization software, e.g. Looker, Tableau and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the focus on data analysis and recommendations
- Expertise in Google Play and AppStore connect reports & analytics
- Understanding privacy landscape: GDPR, CCPA, DMA etc
- Experience successfully managing big marketing budgets across various digital and media channels
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to promote and negotiate new ideas

- Lead User Acquisition at Flo by managing and optimizing performance marketing across different platforms: iOS, Android, Web
- Manage an 8-figure user acquisition budget to achieve high user and revenue growth
- Develop new growth initiatives by following best practices and strategies in user acquisition
- Create test plans and experiment with various UA initiatives to identify the highest impact opportunities
- Oversee all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing
- Optimize and report performance across multiple ad networks
- Manage relationships with other teams: ASO, onboarding, creative studio, product teams, privacy & compliance
- Liaise with multiple ad network vendors and partner with other Flo teams to develop creative ads and other supplementary materials
- Develop and manage the User Acquisition team

Flo is an AI powered period tracking app that allows users to access health insights relating to their cycle by inputting experienced symptoms and cycle dates. AI is leveraged to improve the personalised predictions of upcoming symptoms or periods, allowing the platform to help predict irregular periods or highlight fertile periods in your cycle. They state that the app can also flag when symptoms might need medical attention.
What sets Flo apart from its competitors (Clue, Ovia, Glow) is its ability to change from a period tracker to a fertility tracker, and that it can even offer valuable insights postpartum. The app is the number 1 period tracker in the US by active audience and the most downloaded female health app worldwide, with over 50 million monthly users. In the wake of the 2022 Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Flo has responded to its users' concerns by implementing an anonymous mode to prevent personal details being tied to fertility data.
Historically, it has proved difficult for companies to get funding for products aimed at women. Flo have managed to largely overcome this and secure significant investment in recent funding rounds. This will allow the company to focus on implementing proactive care solutions in the app amongst other developments to evolve the service offered.
