Technical Product Owner, Swapcard

• As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead a squad of engineers, owning your product area end to end, from roadmap strategy to shipped features
• That means you'll be the person who talks to clients and end-users, to internal sales and success team, digs into usage data, and translates what you learn into a clear, prioritized backlog
• You'll write user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can actually build from
• You'll make the hard calls on what to build next, balancing new capabilities, technical debt, and bug fixes based on real customer impact
• You'll also be deeply involved in the technical side: understanding system constraints, discussing architecture trade-offs with your developers, and working with designers to make sure what's feasible is also what's right for users
• This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just manage a backlog
