• 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience, primarily in cybersecurity, with consistent quota attainment
• Demonstrated success managing large enterprise customers with strong, activatable executive relationships
• Proven track record closing complex, multi‑threaded deals at $200K–$1M+ ACV
• Business‑value‑driven selling approach; comfortable leading executive conversations and relying on SEs for technical validation
• Strong channel motion experience: co‑selling with VARs/SIs and coordinating partner activities
• Evidence of stability and progression in previous roles, with true quota‑carrying ownership
• Experience from leading cybersecurity vendors is highly valued

• This role is ideal for a relationship‑driven seller with a proven cybersecurity track record and strong executive‑level engagement skills
• You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Channel teams to land new customers and expand within existing enterprise accounts
• Own and drive growth across a defined set of enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute territory and account plans including whitespace analysis, multi‑threading, and executive alignment
• Lead business‑outcome‑focused conversations with senior non-technical executives (C‑suite, SVP/VP), leveraging Sales Engineering for technical depth
• Manage complex sales cycles ($200K–$1M+), including multi‑stakeholder alignment, evaluations/POCs, and negotiation to close
• Partner with channel organizations (resellers/SIs) to extend reach, build pipeline, and accelerate deals
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Represent Vectra with professionalism, urgency, and integrity in a fast‑paced environment
