Role
Who you are
- A successful candidate should have proven experience working with large channel partners, owning and managing a variety of responsibilities including demand generation activities, channel enablement and development of partner relationships
- Highly adaptable with a sense of urgency: you have a proven ability to execute in a quickly evolving environment and cross-functional team environment with a high level of urgency
- Ownership and organization: you have a strong sense of ownership in your work, delivering high quality, detailed oriented products and solutions
- Creative self-starter: you are comfortable developing your own creative solutions to problems without detailed guidance and executing on those solutions
- Influences stakeholders effectively: you are a strong communicator and are able to effectively share your vision to peers and cross-functional leadership
- Has a clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales and marketing processes
- 2-4 years of experience in channel marketing. Experience in cybersecurity is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns with business partners
- Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce.com to drive campaigns and report results
- Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches: digital, events, webinars, inbound, account based marketing, etc
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with a strong attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to travel to support campaigns as needed
What the job involves
- The Channel Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing a variety of marketing initiatives with our strategic and National partners to help generate channel pipeline
- The role will have a heavy focus on developing new programs and content, as well as managing the overall partner communications strategy
- Channel Program Development
- Plan, execute and analyze co-marketing demand generation campaigns to increase overall channel business including, webinars, digital campaigns, account based marketing and more
- Develop creative approaches to engage our channel throughout the partner journey to bolster partner engagement and drive awareness
- Successfully forecast, evaluate, measure, and report on program effectiveness and ROI
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build and manage all marketing aspects of our National Partner strategy in conjunction with our Director of National Partners including events and programs
- Own the management and operations of the Axonius Partner Advisory Council (PAC) including planning, execution and communication for our yearly summits
- Work closely with the Axonius sales team to identify and develop key strategic partners within target regions
- Partner Enablement and Communication
- Generate partner specific enablement content to support our strategic partners and improve overall program engagement and adoption
- Own the channel marketing communication strategy for all partners including content creation and analysis
- Develop To Partner and Through Partner enablement content by working closely with various teams including, Channel Sales, Brand Marketing and Product Marketing
- Collaborate with our Channel Operations department to build and optimize partner workflows designed to improve partner efficiency and effectiveness
