Role
Who you are
- 3 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture
- Experience training and testing models
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI, math, probability, statistics and algorithms
- Ability to write robust code in Python
- Experience working on a remote team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Desirable
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like PyTorch) and libraries (like Natural Language Toolkit)
- Experience with AWS (ideally with Bedrock and/or SageMaker)
- Experience with agile development (Scrum) is a plus
What the job involves
- Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems
- Perform statistical analysis
- Train and retrain systems to optimise performance
- Run machine learning tests and experiments
- Implement appropriate ML algorithms
- Keep up with the latest developments in the field
