FP&A & Controlling Manager, LiveEO

• Training in the field of business or accounting/ finance
• Proven experience (minimum of 1-2 years) in business controlling or FP&A where drives impact in a high-growth environment
• Understanding financial accounting and reporting concepts, and a very strong proficiency in financial modelling
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google slides
• Knowledge of HGB, IFRS as well as work experience of Datev or other accounting software
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)

Desirable

• Cash Flow Planning & Monitoring - analyse & perform cash flow forecast to support budgeting & rolling forecast process, and monitor cash flow on a regular basis
• Customer-Level Unit Economics - monitor and analyse the revenue, COGS, gross margin, liquidity profile of each customers, and make improvement suggestions in customer & vendor negotiations
• Department-Level Business partnering - partner up closely with heads of each department, monitor and analyse operational expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Reporting Support - support in internal Monthly Business Review process, and provide meaningful insights on our performance to senior management and external stakeholders
• Other Financial analyses - conduct financial analysis and run scenarios to facilitate decision-making on an ad-hoc basis
• Process & reporting improvements - Challenge the status quo of our financial reporting & planning process, and take initiatives to improve & automate current processes
