You have proven skills in managing marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other performance marketing channels
You know how to analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies that drive conversion

What the job involves

To support users in discovering how bunq can enhance their financial lives, we're looking for a dedicated Performance Marketer to join our team
As a Performance Marketer you will spread the word about bunq’s unique offerings to help users understand the benefits of becoming a member
You’ll manage marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, to achieve high reach and click-through rates
As the owner of Performance Marketing, you’ll convert clicks and engagement into completed account registrations by:
Clarifying Benefits: Leverage bunq’s unique value proposition, plans and features that resonate with users to encourage membership
Consistent Messaging: Ensure our communications are clear and relatable across the funnel to our audience
Targeted Presence: Utilize paid online channels to reach users on the platforms they use, at the right moment
Impact Measurement: Analyze the quality of impressions and conversions to discover which platforms and strategies work best

Our take

bunq, a Dutch-based challenger bank,l has quickly positioned itself as a standout player in Europe's banking sector. Unlike many other neobanks, such as N26 and Monzo, bunq grew its team to over 200 employees without relying on outside funding until 2021. This approach has allowed the company to foster a unique, user-focused culture, which ash player a key role in attracting a loyal base of subsciprtion-paying users.

Looking to expand even further, bunq is now focusing on international growth, particularly through the acquisition of other neobanks and banking services. Thanks to its strategic investments and acquisitions, the company has reached Unicorn status, solidifying its place in the financial landscape.

It doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon either, with recently making headlines by becoming the first bank in the world to launch real-time speech-to-speech AI translation through its AI assistant, Finn.
