People Operations Specialist, BizAway

• Experience of 5+ years as an HR Operations Specialist, HR Administrator or similar role
• Expert knowledge of the Spanish labor law (CBA Consultancy, in particular) and personnel administration activities
• Expert in HR Management Systems, MS Office, Google Workplace Suite
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and attention to details
• Ability to communicate kindly and build strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Native Spanish speaker and strong English level, verbal and written

• We are looking for a driven and passionate People Operations Specialist (m/f/d (m/f/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Team on a global level.
• Be in charge for all People Operations topics and personnel administration activities, managing contracts, hirings and other changes to employee’s circumstances
• Act as the expert person of labor law and monthly payroll’s activities supported by the external payroll provider
• Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics
• Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
• In coordination with the Head of People and the People department, develop and implement policies, procedures and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
