Motion Graphic Designer, SplitMetrics

• 3–4 years of experience in motion design and a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact motion graphics and marketing creatives
• Expertise working with Adobe Creative Suite — particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator — and proficient in Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools. You’re also comfortable exploring AI-powered solutions to enhance and speed up your creative process
• Knowledge of Figma for static asset creation will be a huge plus
• Your background includes producing mobile marketing creatives such as playable ads, UGC-style videos, and performance-driven visuals. You thrive in cross-functional environments where creativity and analytics work hand in hand
• A strong command of color correction, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• B1+ English level knowedge
