Role
Who you are
- Studying motion graphics
- Strong eye for great motion design and an understanding of the brand with curiosity about the latest creative and social media trend
- Ability to understand a project from storyboard to production and solid understanding of how to create appealing assets
- Strong interest in multiple corporate topics (from social media, music to HR)
- Skills at After Effect, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other motion design tools, knowledge in 3D software is a plus
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required. French is a plus
What the job involves
- Based in our headquarters in Paris, Reporting to the Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for helping to create Deezer's identity (externally brand and internally HR)
- By embracing strategic thinking, beautiful design paired with provocative execution, your goal is to create unique experiences and to apply your passion for animation to simplify complex interactions and solve challenging design problems
- In this role, you’ll help on some global marketing projects like content, partnerships and social media. You will also define and implement Deezer’s motion design language across all HR communication platforms— this includes driving the creation of best practices, collaborating with graphic designers, and of course working with our HR team
- You will contribute to projects from start to finish, collaborating with various marketing teams across Deezer (brand, acquisition, artist, product, etc.)
- You will work within the Deezer HR team (Talent Team mainly, who manages the employer branding, internal communication and talent development topics) to develop an employer brand identity and bring to life our values, company culture and HR programs
- You will help develop creative assets using a proven ability in the areas of narrative, conceptual thinking and graphic design (typography, layout and how it extends across digital)
- You will also create and edit social media content

Deezer is a global music-streaming platform built to help people connect with the music they love. Listeners can explore millions of tracks, discover new artists, and enjoy features like Flow, curated playlists, and interactive tools such as Music Quiz and Shaker.
The company operates in a crowded market dominated by giants like SPotify and Apple Music, but it's leaning into personalisation to stand out. Its latest update lets users customise themes, colors, icons and layouts, and gives instant access to their favourite artists, playlists and podcasts through the new Quick Access feature. So, with this approach, it wants to make the app feel more personal in the hopes of appealing to listeners looking for something a bit more tailored.
AI-generated music is another major factor shaping Deezer's direction (and it's a complicated one). Around 50,000 fully AI tracks are uploaded daily, and while many users may be curious, most want them clearly labelled and worry about their impact on real artists. Deezer already detects and labels AI content and keeps it out of recommendations and fraudulent payouts. If it can continue to handle this transparently, AI could become a trust-building advantage rather than a threat for the company.
