- Educational Background: Master candidate or graduate student from a top-tier business or Engineering school, or a related advanced degree
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data, analyze trends, and present actionable insights
- Project Management: Experience or interest in managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity
- Technology Fluency: Comfort working with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Notion, or Airtable) and a willingness to learn new software
- Creative Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments
What the job involves
- We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Business Operations Intern to work directly with our Head of Business Operations
- This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic decision-making, project management, and operational excellence
- You will be at the heart of the company’s growth initiatives, working on high-impact projects, and getting exposure to the inner workings of a scaling business
- Support the tracking of OKRs for teams and departments, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Assist in strategic planning sessions and contribute to actionable business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Manage cross-functional projects with diverse teams to deliver on critical company milestones
- Oversee key initiatives like website updates, event planning, and product launches, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing campaigns, blog posts, and social media strategies (with a strong focus on LinkedIn)
- Monitor Marketing analytics and campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
- Contribute to innovative marketing content ideas to elevate our brand presence
- Support financial reporting by analyzing and comparing budgets versus real expenses
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports to drive informed decision-making
- Help evaluate, implement, and manage tools that drive operational efficiency, such as CRM systems, automation platforms, and finance software
- Explore process optimization opportunities to streamline business functions and create automations
- Provide direct support to the CEO and Head of Business Operations on a variety of day-to-day operational tasks, including financial duties, meeting preparation, internal communications, and ad-hoc projects, ensuring smooth execution of critical business activities
