Role
Who you are
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart mobile development
- Experience building and deploying applications for both Android and iOS
- Native mobile development experience in either Kotlin or Swift (ideally both)
- Strong testing practices, including both Unit and Integration testing
- Proven experience working within Agile development environments
- A proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player mindset

What the job involves
- The Customer Experience (CX) Team is the face of Capital on Tap’s product offering. We’re a fun and enthusiastic team focused on building elegant and accessible mobile and web platforms for our customers
- As a CX Engineer, you’ll get to work across a diverse tech stack from the UI, all the way down to the service and data layer
- Build robust and scalable mobile solutions using predominantly Flutter technologies
- Own the full SDLC from the first line of code to production and monitoring
- Identify bottlenecks and utilize technologies like AI to create efficiency gains
- Partner closely with Product Managers, QAs, and fellow Software Engineers
- Build bulletproof unit and integration tests to ensure a high-quality user experience
- Bridge the gap between tech speak and business goals to ensure alignment

- We have put a lot of time into developing an inclusive recruitment strategy to ensure our hiring practices are as inclusive as possible. All hiring managers have attended inclusive recruitment training and we have introduced objective skills testing.
- When speaking to teams across the company, the majority of teams felt that we are a diverse community with a huge mix of backgrounds and many people commented it was the most diverse place they’ve worked.
- Over the last year, we have started to share our own stories and experiences. Groups across the company commented how much they have enjoyed learning from each other and educating ourselves on different areas of diversity.
