Role
Who you are
- 2-3 years experience in administrative roles reporting directly to executive management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspaces and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- A strong team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- A self-starter, with a strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Working on-site 3 days a week is required
What the job involves
- Manage the Company's US headquarters office-related activities
- Manage office logistics needed for all activities in US Headquarters, such as coordinating complex scheduling, team meetings, and events, both internally and offsite
- Manage scheduling for executives, including agendas, travel arrangements, and other company logistics
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, and organizational goals are achieved
- Anticipate the needs of executives and teams, providing proactive support to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Keeping incoming and outgoing correspondence and taking care of the proper circulation of documentation
- Support company-level initiatives and projects to drive efficiency and streamline processes
- Being proactive and anticipating needs and requests even before they are asked, assisting with organizing meetings, social events, and other employee activities to increase employee engagement and morale
