What the job involves

We're building a new business unit and hiring our first Forward Deployed Engineers to join the founding team
You’ll work closely with customers to deploy into real workflows, integrate with their existing systems, and continuously optimize our AI solutions based on what drives measurable impact
This is a high-velocity, high-impact role that will revolutionize the $1T+ global insurance market
We’ve already proven the scale—serving thousands of fleets and more than doubling our written premiums year over year
Our data moat is growing exponentially with more than 30 billion miles of telematics data, leading to more predictive models and new insights into how we can better understand and reduce risk
Altogether, our loss ratio, efficiency, and customer experience are redefining what can be done in the industry

Our take

Nirvana's insurance and risk management offerings are built to transform the commercial insurance industry, which is worth over $850B. It delivers predictive models that use real-time data and automation to generate instant quotes.

Targeting commercial fleets, the platform is powered by sensors that are already onboard most heavy trucks. This means that Nirvana's offering is accessible without vast onboarding fees, giving clients of all sizes the opportunity to protect themselves and improve customer safety.
